Is there a cancellation fee?
No, there is no fee for cancellation.
Do you provide refunds?
No, we do not refund any pre-paid fees.
When does cancellation take effect?
If you cancel today, your site will be
deleted two days after the start of your
next billing period, unless you request
that the site is taken down immediately.
How much notice do I have to give?
We must receive your confirmation email
a minimum of 5 business days PRIOR to
the start of your next billing period
to ensure that you are not billed for
another period.
How Do I Cancel?
Cancellation is a two step process. This
is strictly for security reasons. We wish
to make sure that a site is not cancelled
in error or perhaps by a third party.
Here's how it works:
- Fill in the form on the following
page and click the SUBMIT button at
the bottom of the page.
- You will receive an email from us
asking you to confirm the cancellation.
Please reply to this email and your
site will be deleted within 2 business
days.
IMPORTANT: You MUST reply in order
to cancel your site. In the event that
the email address we have on file is no
longer valid, please update your personal
information.
